Designed to deliver what businesses urgently needed in technology terms.
Otherwise known as the Pavilion, 3 Broadgate is one of the earlier buildings at Broadgate. Designed by Arup Associates, this building was originally the marketing suite for the Broadgate Estate before it was adapted to be unusual but extremely well located offices in the heart of Broadgate.
Whilst the construction materials are similar to the earlier phases around The Broadgate Circle, its cylindrical form is unique to the estate.
