The only building at Broadgate with a reinforced concrete structure rather than steel, at first glance you’d be forgiven for thinking Broadwalk House is clad in terracotta tiles. Look a little closer and you may notice some deeply sculpted architectural detailing. In fact the cladding is made from award winning precast concrete.
