Inspired by the siderias from the Basque Country (which José talks about in his book, Basque). A very traditional menu it features:
- Bottle of Isastegi Sidra Natural
- Tortilla de Bacalao (salt cod tortilla) (pictured above)
- Cod with peppers & onions
- Txuleton (grilled T-bone) with green salad
- Idiazabal cheese with membrillo & walnuts
- Chocolate pot with Tejas de Tolosa

José Pizarro Broadgate is open for lunch and dinner from noon Monday – Saturday, cooking Spanish classics with contemporary and seasonal twists. The menu offers traditional tapas dishes as well as large sharing plates, whole fish dishes and José’s famous croquetas.
