Available Office Space

The long-term vision for Broadgate includes plans to increase the office space on campus. A proposal has been submitted for the refurbishment of 100 Liverpool Street and 8-12 Broadgate, which will add an extra 135,000 sq ft of office space to the building. Under the proposed plans designed by Hopkins Architects, a further three floors will be added to 100 Liverpool Street including a spectacular restaurant with external terracing on the 9th floor. The retail space at ground level will also be significantly improved with a new collection of shops and eateries. We will provide an update on development progress later in the year.

The part 5th floor is currently available at 201 Bishopsgate.

201 Bishopsgate sits in a high profile corner position at the gateway between the City of London and the vibrant Shoreditch district, beside the iconic Broadgate Tower in the northern part of Broadgate. There is 25,698 sq ft (NIA) available, which has been fully refurbished to cat A standard. The reception in the base of 201 Bishopsgate has also just been refurnished, and features a variety of soft seating areas and work spaces, giving a refreshed feel to the space.
