Whether you have never meditated before, or you are a seasoned pro – join Virgin Active’s 60 minute Modern Meditation class on Thursday at 1.15pm or 4pm to feed your mind, body and soul and feel great. The class includes breathing techniques, autogenics and chakra visualisation, leaving you alert but relaxed.

BODYBALANCE® combines Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi inspired moves with music to create a unique and invigorating workout experience. There are two classes at our Wellness Spa on Thursday at 9.30am and 12noon.
