Uncorked is one of the UK’s leading small independent wine merchants with a shop based at Broadgate in Exchange Arcade, just off Bishopsgate. Having won a number of awards, Uncorked is the perfect place to go to learn more about wine. Chief wine educator at Uncorked, Colin, has been in the industry for over 35 years.
Throughout the evening Colin will guide us through six types of wine, allowing you to learn about the kinds of wine you enjoy – or dislike, as well as advising on pairing. We’ll end the evening with a quiz where the winners will get to take a bottle of their favourite wine tasted home.
