Yauatcha City is the second Yauatcha in London following the success of its Michelin-starred restaurant in Soho.
Embodying the Chinese dim sum teahouse concept, Yauatcha City is ideal for a light lunch, larger feasts with wok dishes or social drinks with friends or colleagues. Choose from two bars, two spacious outside terraces and a large main dining area.
The Chinese kitchen is led by Chef Tong Chee Hwee, who holds 12 years’ of experience with the group, initially as Head Chef of the original Hakkasan Hanway Place and then bringing his skill and creativity to the group globally as Executive Head Chef.
The menu presents authentic Cantonese dishes with a modern influence, offering a wide range of steamed, baked, grilled and fried dim sum such as scallop shui mai, prawn and beancurd cheung fun and venison puffs. To complement the cuisine, the drinks menu comprises 38 types of tea plus cocktails inspired by Chinese ingredients and a broad wine and Champagne list.
Below the main restaurant you will find the first ever Yauatcha Patisserie, where Chinese heritage and modern European cooking techniques have inspired the pastry team, led by Executive Pastry Chef Graham Hornigold, to create an array of macarons, petits gateaux and chocolates.
