Archikids at Broadgate

Archikids, London’s family festival of architecture, returned to Broadgate on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July with a packed programme of fun activities.

All events, which were free to attend and suitable for children aged 5-11 and their families, were extremely popular. Exchange Square was full of enthusiastic families and creative kids - all learning more about the great buildings of their city.

Activities at Broadgate

On your Scooter!

Design, build and test your very own Broadgate Skatepark in Exchange Square. See what happens to your surroundings when you’re on two wheels! The best skate-park design will win a Broadgate Scooter!
Day: Saturday and Sunday
Time: Activity sessions at 11am, 12noon, 1pm and 2pm

City of a Thousand Architects

City planning at its most creative… This metropolis master class in 155 Bishopsgate’s reception lobby invites kids to play Architect and plan how their city can evolve.
Day: Saturday and Sunday
Time: Drop-in from 10am to 4pm

Postcards from London

Explore the City through your own lens - capture your favourite place in London and turn your photo into a postcard.
Location: 10 Exchange Square
Day: Saturday and Sunday
Time: Drop-in from 12pm to 4pm

You can also pick up an Archikids Explorer's Pack and the City of London Children’s Trail at every activity point. Archikid adventurers will have hours of fun exploring the City with their families and completing the do-it-yourself activities.
