Hosted by Work Well Being as part of our Urban Eden season, restorative hatha yoga is a series of postures linked by the breath, to stretch and strengthen the body and build life-force energy (prana). Classes encourage wellbeing, strength, tone and flexibility of mind and body. Starting on 3rd May for four consecutive weeks, our brilliant yoga teacher Roisin will be hosting an introduction to this restful practice.
Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes if possible (you can even take part in your work clothes if they're not too restrictive) and all levels are very welcome. Book a spot here.
