From March to May get a fresh perspective on nutrition, wellness and fitness at one of Broadgate's exciting free events. From Sushi to Table Tennis, we will introduce you to the latest trends and help you Spring into Health this season.

Ping in the City!

To close our Spring into Health season, Broadgate hosted Ping in the City, a day of coaching, knockout tournaments, beat the pro competitions and free-play on all five of our new ping pong tables in Exchange Square on 29 May. Spring into Fitness

Too busy to keep fit? Think again. We handpicked a range of classes lasting just 30 minutes each and invited you to try them on Wednesday 28 May. Spring into Fitness was held in collaboration with Fitness First who provided free Abs, ViPR and tabata™ classes. Contact Fitness First for more information on these high impact classes which are perfect for busy schedules. 

Table Tennis is back at Broadgate

Our popular table tennis tables are returning to Broadgate for the Spring/Summer season on 1 May. There will be two table at the Broadgate Plaza (collect your bats and balls from Broadgate Tower reception) and two tables in Exchange Square (collect your bats and balls from The White Horse). There will also be a table retunring to Finsbury Avenue Square shortly after the temporary works have finished. Let us know what you think of the new designs!

Nutrition with Jason

We spoke to Jason Jackson, Master Trainer at Broadgate's Virgin Active Health Club, to get some advice on nutrition. Read Jason's five simple steps to achieving a nutritionally balanced diet here.

Broadgate Wellness Spa

Our two-day Wellness Spa took place in the Broadgate Welcome Centre on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 April. Guests enjoyed free treatments, classes and refreshments Charles Worthington, Space NK, Pro Skin, The Body Balance Clinic, Virgin Active and Pod, making sure they were well rested and revitalised. Sushi in the City

Our free sushi master class at K10 was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone that attended. See what happened in our YouTube video here or check out our photos on Facebook. Packed with fresh fish and vegetables, homemade Japanese sushi is a great choice for making sure you’re eating something nutritious.
