Bright and beautiful summer menus to try

Summer is here and Broadgate’s food and drink destinations are embracing the season with vibrant fresh ingredients that’ll lift the soul and the tastebuds. 

New cocktails and chilled ramen at Shoryu Ramen

Cool down with Shoryu Ramen’s chilled Karaka Neapolitan ramen including spicy tomato sauce, smoked salmon, traditional nitamago and some cheeky parmesan then try their incredible new cocktails.

Choose from Avocado Nikkei (namazake and pisco are muddled with tangy lemon juice, smooth avocado and sweet agave syrup, hard shaken and poured over ice cubes); Okinawa Sunrise (a Tiki cocktail with fresh mint, mango puree, orange juice, maraschino and Cor Cor Red with a sweet touch of grenadine syrup and falernum); the Pink Geisha (a delicate sour mix with Jinzu gin, Cocchi Rosa, Josen sake, lychee puree, fresh raspberry and a dash of rose water) or Ume Hana (a mix of namazake, apricot brandy, plum puree, St Germain liqueur and finished with jasmine tea syrup).

The summer collection at Yauatcha City

Yauatcha is celebrating the return of warmer weather and longer days with the launch of the new Summer Collection of petits gateaux, macarons and chocolates.

Using seasonal ingredients and flavours, the petits gateux collection includes fromage frais, a light summer berries petit gateau; tropical dome flavoured with mango and passionfruit; cassis violet vanilla tart; chocolate mint delice and black forest. Meanwhile, macarons are infused with apricot pistachio, strawberry orange blossom and tamarind chocolate.

All of the patisserie is available to eat in the restaurant or to takeaway. Guests can pre-order by contacting yauatchapatisserie@yauatchacity.com.

Summer brunch and breakfast at Aubaine

Aubaine is known for bottomless brunches in the most elegant of surroundings and they’ve put together some seasonal morning starters including bircher muesli (oats soaked in apple juice, mixed seeds, pistachios, dried fruit topping); Chia seed and homemade granola pot (granola, quinoa, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, coconut milk, soya milk, mixed berries) and Breakfast salad (asparagus, soft boiled egg, mixed leaves, avocado, sweety drop peppers, mung bean sprouts, tofu dressing). Drop by and spend some quality time over your breakfast.
