Mental Health Awareness Week: The art of self-care with Suzy Reading

Join us in The Space | 3FA, as we highlight Mental Health Awareness Week with a talk from leading self-care expert, Chartered Psychologist and author, Suzy Reading.

Suzy is a contributing editor for Psychologies Magazine, the Psychology Expert for wellbeing brand Neom Organics and is a founding member of the ‘Nourish’ app. She is also on the editorial board for Motherdom, a newly launched magazine on maternal mental health, author of  ‘The Self-Care Revolution’, 'Stand Tall Like a Mountain: Mindfulness & Self-Care for Children and Parents' and soon to be released 'The Little Book of Self-Care’. 

We're delighted to be welcoming her to The Space | 3FA to host a talk which will provide you with clarity of the current buzzword 'self-care' and its importance in managing mental health. Suzy will also teach you:

  • How to break down barriers to allow self-care

More about Suzy: 
Suzy is also a mother of two, a Chartered Psychologist, Yoga Teacher, and Health Coach. She specialises in helping people manage their stress, emotions, and energetic bank balance. It was her life experience of motherhood colliding with the terminal illness of her father that sparked her passion for self-care which she now teaches to her clients, young and old, to cope during periods of stress, loss and change and to boost their resilience in the face of future challenges.
