Artist’s Profile

Peter Hayes

In 1982, Hayes came home and built a studio in a disused toll house in Bath, and now works with his son Justin firing and shaping clay from all over the world. He also has a studio in Udaipur, Rajasthan where he works for eight to ten weeks of the year (when winter arrives).

His work is on display in the National Gallery of Scotland, Museum of Modern Art in Belgium and the Silber Collection, US.
