On Saturday 24 November, the best stair climbers in the world will tackle the 877 steps of The Broadgate Tower as part of the prestigious Vertical World Circuit (VWC).
But, it’s not just elite climbers who can take on this vertigo-inducing challenge, from families to fundraisers, sign up now and be part of one of the greatest stair-climbing events in the world.
In 2018, The Broadgate Tower Run Up is coming back bigger and better with the addition of our new family categories (with options for 1 adult + 1 child as well as 2 adults + 2 children). This is in addition to the Individual, ¼ Vertical Mile, Vertical Mile and Elite races. Most stair-climbing events consist of one climb to the top however they're offering you the chance to climb it three times to reach a quarter vertical mile or 12 times to reach a full vertical mile!
Spaces for these challenges are limited so sign up quickly if you are interested.
You can either enter directly through Total Motion or you may wish to enter via one of their charity partners. If your chosen charity is not displayed below please let Total Motion know and they'll endeavour to partner with them. They're proud to be the only stair-climbing event allowing participants to raise money for a charity of their choice.
They're also offering £250 worth of prizes to any male/female who can beat the winning elite time! (One prize for male and one prize for female only). So do you think you are fast enough to #BeatTheElite? There is only one way to find out…
When is it?
