Join Theatre Deli for the launch night of 'The Female Gaze', their latest exhibition for International Women's Day.
When popular media consistently portrays women through the lens of white, heterosexual, cis-gendered men, how can we avoid internalising it? What effect does this have on our view of ourselves and others? A number of local and international artists endeavour to answer these questions through various artistic mediums and styles.
The Female Gaze will launch with a party on 7 March. Pop along to enjoy free G&Ts, live music and beats from a DJ, who'll exclusively play music from female artists - expect tracks from Kate Bush to Blondie.
The exhibition will be at Theatre Deli to browse from 4 March - 6 April.
