This winter, Broadgate is teaming up with Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (CHWF) donating ticket proceeds to support their amazing work.
As part of our collaboration, we’re hosting Grace & Thorn floral design workshops (after all, a bit of greenery helps to boost oxygen levels and promote a healthier mindset) as well as jewellery making with CAST, festive baubles, can’t-miss pub quizzes and incredible interactive workshops for people who work at Broadgate at The Space | 3FA.
All our Mind (CHWF) workshops are free and we’ll be releasing details of how to book but, for now, here are some dates for your diary.

The problem is, if you’re putting all of your focus and talents into one area of your life, you can lose time for yourself and the things you love. Thanks to screens, streaming, work thoughts and family, getting a good night’s sleep can seem like, well, a dream… In this practical workshop for Broadgate occupiers, discover how to encourage sleep hygiene, recognise good and bad habits and bid farewell to staring at the ceiling come 3am.
