This festive season, Fever-Tree, the pioneering premium mixer brand, is launching the ultimate winter pop-up in collaboration with Broadgate Circle’s The Winter Forest next to Liverpool Street Station featuring must-book masterclasses and unmissable street food including Neopolitan pizza and Venezuelan Arepas.
The Fever-Tree Winter Lodge is now open until 20th December 2019. Located on the upper level of Broadgate Circle, the Fever-Tree Winter Lodge is an idyllic escape for those looking for the perfect cosy evening, with soft, comfy seating, warm and welcoming interiors and wreaths and foliage exuding Fever-Tree spices and Christmassy aromas. For guests wanting something more intimate, there are several snug and festive bookable areas, which can be reserved ahead of time.
Open Monday to Saturday (midday-11pm) and Sundays (midday to 7pm), the heartbeat of the Winter Lodge will be a bar serving a selection of perfect Fever-Tree pairings with an evolving menu over the festive period, including guest gins and unique pairings.
There’s also street food from Guasacaca – delicious and authentic Venezuelan Arepas (corn pockets filled with beef, chicken, pork and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options) and Pizza & Plonk who are passionate about seriously good fresh, tasty and beautiful Neapolitan pizza.
There will also be a series of masterclasses hosted by Fever-Tree and several spirit brands, including The Botanist, Portobello Road and Seedlip, which guests can book in advance starting at £25 per person and includes four drinks.
Each session will include a welcome G&T followed by a one-hour masterclass held by the lead spirit brand ambassador. They will talk you through the history, the distillation process and the unique flavour profile of the gins. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to make your very own three perfect gin and tonic pairings using Fever-Tree premium mixers range.
Book your space by emailing email@example.com. We have limited space for each session and bookings will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
They’ll be releasing more dates next week so if those dates don’t suit you please let them know and they’ll add you to their mailing list.
Pink Pepper, Sunday 8th December from 4pm
Victory Gin, Monday 9th December from 6.30pm
Regal Rogue, date to be confirmed
Guests can also pick herbs from our garnish garden to personalise their Fever-Tree mixed drinks and discover the perfect tonic for their gin with Fever-Tree’s onsite digital pairing guide. Fever-Tree is also introducing the Fever-Tree Bar on a Bike, ideal for festive pre-drinks or office celebrations. The bike can be booked to deliver the Fever-Tree experience to London offices, including a range of spirits, unlimited mixers and a Fever-Tree mixologist.
For more details and bookings for masterclasses, or to reserve a private area or the Fever-Tree Bar on a Bike, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0330 500 1821.
In 2005, Fever-Tree co-founders Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow pioneered the premium mixer category, bringing choice, quality and excitement back into the category. They travelled to the ends of the earth to source the finest ingredients, including quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, ginger from the Ivory Coast, India and Nigeria, and lemons from the slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily.
Fever-Tree is now the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers for alcoholic spirits by retail sales value, with distribution to over 70 countries worldwide. The company sells a range of carbonated mixers to hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as retailers.
Fever-Tree was recently voted as the ‘No.1 Best Selling’ and ‘No.1 Top Trending’ Tonic Water brand in the Drinks International Annual Brands Report 2019 for the fifth year running.
