Join us at The Space | 3FA, this Wednesday evening when we will be joined by Creative Scientist and Futurist, Katherine Templar Lewis, Neuroscientist Zita Eva Patai, and a panel of volunteers, for a discussion on whether or not food could help us work smarter.
Alongside our two-week pop-up, Optimal, we've been running a first-of-its-kind experiment with three willing volunteers from within the buildings at Broadgate to improve their creativity, cognitive agility and critical thinking through the power of food. These three key skills are tipped to be essential for the future, by the World Economic Forum.
Following vigorous testing with the help of our leading experts, our volunteers were each given a bespoke diet plan to see if certain foods really could improve their mental performances. They've finally come the the end of the challenge and the results are in.
Come along, meet the volunteers and our experts and see if you really can eat yourself smarter.
In a world where burnout is an increasingly global issue, we need to consider how we perform at our best: working smarter and not harder. What if the secret to maximising success begins with what foods we consume throuhgout the day? Could it really be that simple?
Come along on Wednesday evening and find out.
