Meditation supports relaxation and helps manage stress levels, enhancing clarity of mind and providing a sense of calm, wellbeing and focus. All by simply bringing the mind to rest.
Instructor, Eloise, will focus on simple breathing techniques to improve your wellbeing every day.
Exclusively for those who work in our buildings at Broadgate, these sessions are just 25 minutes, so you can make the most of your lunch-hour - come along, relax and de-stress before you grab your lunch.
The sessions will run on alternate Wednesdays starting 30 January, 12.30-12.55pm, 1-1.25pm, or 1.30-1.55pm.
