This January we are launching morning yoga classes, held within our brand new indoor event space to help ease you into your day.
Did you know that early morning yoga not only adds an air of calm to your daily routine, but also helps to boost your metabolism. Bring on that lunchtime sandwich!
The classes, which are open exclusively to those who work in our buildings at Broadgate, will be held in The Space | 3FA, Broadgate's newest and most exciting creative space, and will be run by two alternating experienced yoga instructors, Ruby and Ciara.
Tuesday's classes with Ruby Reed:
Ruby's style is relaxed, calling on the principles of vinyasa flow yoga which will help improve your strength and flexibility. All levels of experience and fitness are welcome.
Ruby adapts her teaching to suit the people in the room, whilst focussing on developing a slow, strong practice, prioritising the breath to guide movement. You'll come away feeling relaxed and strong.
Thursday's classes with Ciara Watson:
Ciara's dynamic class will leave you feeling energised and focussed for the day ahead. She combines Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with a focus on alignment, teaching simple breathing techniques you can incorporate into your daily lives.
All levels of experience and fitness are welcome.
- The classes will run each Tuesday and Thursday mornings, beginning at 7.30am and will last for one hour
- Come in comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you
- Yoga mats and blocks will be provided
- There are shower facilities, however these are limited
