Yauatcha Patisserie has launched an incredible new collection of six ice-cream macarons inspired by the unique flavours and ingredients inherent in Cantonese cuisine which can be bought from a bike on Broadgate Circle all summer long.
Created by Hakkasan Group’s Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Pearse and his team, soy, matcha, yuzu and lychee have been infused in the new macarons and homemade ice cream. Choose between chocolate and soy Caramel, matcha and yuzu, coconut and lime and raspberry and lychee. As a nod to Yauatcha’s extensive assortment of over 20 varieties of tea, the collection is completed with a fragrant Earl Grey and Bergamot macaron. Happy summer!
