Qigong, a traditional Chinese exercise, will help you clear your mind and open yourself up to new possibilities and potential. Using natural and flowing postures, you can relax, clear your mind and find your calm.
Run by trainer, Yan, in our indoor events hub, The Space | 3FA, these classes are open exclusively to those who work in our buildings and will run from 1pm for one hour. No experience necessary and all levels of fitness welcome.
