Power of 20 presents a night of inspiration and celebration with three fantastic speakers and a panel discussion and Q&A.

To “always have time”: now, wouldn’t that be nice? Time is your most precious commodity and yet how we spend it often feels out of our control.

We believe that there is always time – for yourself, to grow and to become the you you’ve always wanted to be. Our events are tailored towards anyone wanting to develop themselves. Whether you’re starting out with a new hobby, wanting to further your career, improve your life skills or just keep on top of those already-proving-difficult New Year’s resolutions, this event will provide the tools to inspire and empower you to change your life.

  • Are you struggling with stress, overwhelmed and feeling you have too much to do?
  • Do you feel stuck or know that you are not performing at your potential in your life or business?
  • Do you have goals or ambitions that always stay just goals or dreams?

Now, we can’t teach you self-discipline, but we can teach you to understand more about where it comes from, what impacts it, and therefore, how best to maintain it. ‘Always Have Time’ is for those who want to take control, become more assertive, increase their confidence and build themselves a more positive attitude in both their work and home lives.


About the speakers

Chevy Rough

Chevy Rough is a wellbeing specialist whose focus centres on empowering people with the mindset and tools required for improving mental, physical and social health. Chevy keeps solutions simple, enabling people to build a baseline of lifestyle choices, that work alongside busy lives. Chevy embraces stress, failure and burnout not as things to fear, but as vehicles for growth.

In 2015, Chevy retrained as a coach after a decade of addiction, while working in the corporate world. In 2017, he was selected by the BBC to coach 10 people with mental health challenges to run the London Marathon. Mind over Marathon was an award-winning documentary. Chevy has worked with companies ranging from Spotify to Deloitte offering workshops, one-to0one coaching and keynotes.

Caitlyn Daroy

Caitlyn is founder of The Authentic Project, a platform dedicated to helping freelancers and creatives to thrive. The project was formed in 2017 in response to the lack of support offered to these communities. Through regular events and content Caitlyn is passionate about creating a community where honesty, authenticity and support for one another is the ‘norm’. 

Caitlyn believes that vulnerability and raw honesty are the most powerful qualities we have as humans. They have the power to open us up to new experiences; to push us to take steps we wouldn’t normally take, and to allow us to forge real connections with people. Combine that with some focus, a healthy mind and a lot of silliness and you’ll be ready to go!

Dan Ball and Greg Martin

A year ago, Dan and Greg – a theatre producer and a graphic designer duo – committed themselves to the simple notion that they could change their lives by investing just 20 minutes a day, every day, to their aspirations. An experiment that became an ethos, and now a personal development model to share.

With One Red Paperclip being their mutual favourite book, they share a strong belief in a positive mental attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit and an enjoyment of the journey rather than a fixation on the destination.
