From light starters including serrano ham and melon and octopus carpaccio to our colourful mains (sea bream with mussels and saffron broth and red pepper and basil risotto), Aubaine’s chefs use only the freshest ingredients to capture the bold-yet-refined flavours of the French Riviera in each of their delicious new dishes.
