This spring, a free, engaging and multi-sensory Sense Of Space art pop-up installation arrives on the lawn in Exchange Square (five minutes' walk from Liverpool Street). Comprising four very different rooms, it's designed to engage the senses and transport you from the hustle of the city.
To mark its arrival, we've asked yoga teacher, author and creator of Mind Body Bowl, Annie Clarke, to host a number of morning yoga classes at the Infinity Garden room inside Sense Of Space. Designed for small groups, you'll find calm and strength of mind against the most inspiring of backdrops. Click here to find us.
(Please note, Living Yoga's Lotte Bowser will be leading the class on Tuesday 24 April).
Annie Clarke is a yoga teacher, author and creator of Mind Body Bowl. With a passion for creating the space for people to connect to themselves, Annie teaches an open level class using the breath and movement to create space for her students to explore their practice at their own pace.
With a focus on mindful movement, Annie will help to guide you through a conscious practice to set up your body and mind for the day ahead.
