First founded at Piccadilly in 1994, the group now has 12 branches in London, one each in Manchester and Leeds, and international outposts in Dubai, Hong Kong and, of course, Buenos Aires. Across them all, glamour meets elegant menus that place an emphasis on provenance, taste and cut complemented by classic sides (French beans in shallots, garlic, thyme and rosemary) or grilled swordfish, Iberico pork and sweet potato risotto.
