Poké, pronounced po-keh, is a mix of raw cubes of fresh fish with a soy-based dressing, served in a bowl with steamed rice and tasty garnishes.

The brainchild of James Porter who grew up in California and was inspired by family trips to Hawaii, Island Poké presents house bowls as well as BesPoké bowls (choose your own rice or salad base, add tuna, salmon or roasted beetroot then finish with a salsa and topping of your choice – we recommend the pickled ginger).
They’re even open for breakfast, serving Hawaiian Kona Coffee with a variety of dishes including overnight apple and cinnamon oats and cinnamon buns. Come afternoon, relax with a Hawaiian beer, chilled glass of wine or one of their house brand Pacific G&Ts… komo i ka.
Island Poke have launched a new guestbowl in collaboration with Claw until the end of September.
Beetroot-cured trout on a bed of leafy greens with a soy herb dressing, yuzu ricotta, pickled pear, togorashi, edamame and shoestring beetroot crisps - it's a bowl not to be missed.
