We are very excited to announce that renowned designer Camille Walala will be bringing a striking landmark project to Broadgate, as part of the upcoming London Design Festival this September.
British Land is supporting the festival as Headline Partner for the second consecutive year and has commissioned the geometric textile designer to create something completely special to bring Exchange Square to life for the new season.
Known for her bold use of colour and pattern, Camille will incorporate bold vinyl prints and a soft-textured ‘building-block castle’ to transform the popular space at Broadgate, nestled beside Liverpool Street Station, into a vibrant and tactile architectural landscape for the duration of the festival.
This incredible structure will be one of the stand-out pieces created for the iconic design festival, which is now in its fifteenth year.
British Land will also work with the London Design Festival to host the prestigious awards evening, the British Land Celebration of Design, for a third consecutive year, which celebrates those who have made a significant contribution to the world of design.
