From black truffle frittata and duck liver parfait to warm goat’s cheese crottin and balsamic marinated beetroot, Aubaine’s new starters are jam-packed full of rich, luxurious flavours to celebrate the harvest season.
Aubaine’s chicken paillard is getting a seasonal shake up with the addition of earthy black truffle, hazelnuts and kale. Joining this classic, new dishes include pork belly confit and creamy Ravioles de Saint Jean.
